We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and make the payment in full.

6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to unavailability of the recipient or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a package that is damaged or appears tampered with, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If an item is missing from your order, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment for resolution.
