Items that are used, worn, or damaged due to misuse will not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and a brief explanation of the issue. Supporting photos may be requested for quicker assessment.
Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide instructions for sending the item back.
3. Refund Policy
As we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be handled as follows:

If the item is returned due to damage, defect, or order error on our part, you may choose to receive a replacement item at no extra cost.

In case of a return where a replacement is not possible, we may offer another suitable method upon confirmation and inspection of the returned product.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns
